THE DRAWING INDEX — SHT B
ONE BOARD, MANY DESIGNS.
Work items and features move across a set of lanes everyone reads the same way. The board is where the work stands right now, at a glance, with nothing hidden in a private list.
THE WORK, WHERE IT STANDS, READ LEFT TO RIGHT.
A SHOP MID-BUILD: EVERY LANE, EVERY HAND, ONE BOARD.
FROM A SOFTWARE COMPANY ON ONE TABLE ->
FEATURES AND WORK ITEMS, ONE STREAM
The board carries both the shape of the work and the work itself: features and the work items beneath them, badged by kind, moving through the same lanes. You see what is being built and what it is being built toward without switching screens.
DRAG TO MOVE, AND IT REMEMBERS
Move a card and its status changes, and the move is logged with who made it and when. The board is not a snapshot someone keeps up to date by hand. It is the live state of the work, and every change to it lands on the record. The column a thing sits in is the truth, not a guess.
YOUR LANES, YOUR CRAFT
The lanes are a setting, not a law. The default set fits software, but the board is built so a craft can name its own stages: a print run, a brew, a record from demo to master. The same card stream, relabeled for the thing you actually make.
WHAT THE BOARD SHOWS
01
THE LANES
The stages a piece of work moves through, read the same way by everyone at the table.
02
THE CARDS
Features and work items, each one a sheet you can open from where it sits.
03
THE KINDS
The shape of the work and the work itself, in one stream, badged apart.
04
THE RECORD
Every move logged, so the board is live state and an audit trail at once.
NOTHING HIDDEN IN A PRIVATE LIST
PUT THE WORK WHERE EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE
One board. The same lanes. The live state, recorded as it moves.
